From move-in mchecklists to lease details, we’ve got all the info you need for a smooth stay. Find answers to common questions, explore helpful resources, and get ready to make the most of your time with ARMM. We offer a variety of housing options, including apartments and single-family homes. Whether you're looking for a cozy 1-bedroom space or a larger 2, 3 or 4 bedroom unit to share with family or friends, we've got you covered!


For Single Family we offer 1, 2 and multi-year lease agreements. 

For Students, we offer full school-year leases, so you don’t have to worry about moving mid-semester. Rental rates vary depending on the unit type, location, and amenities. Reach out to our team for current availability and pricing.


For Student Housing - Yes! Each unit comes furnished with the essentials: a full-sized bed frame, desk, chair, dresser and storage space. Common areas include a sofa, dining table (or similar), TV, and all kitchen appliances are included too! For Single Family, we tailor the experience to meet your needs. All of our Single Family properties come fully equipped with appliances. 


For Student Housing, most utilities, such as water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas and trash removal are included in your rent, so you won’t have to deal with multiple bills each month. The only thing you’ll need to set up is your internet, but don’t worry, there are student discounts available through local providers! For Single Family, our lease agreements are tailored to meet your needs.  


We like to keep payments easy! For Student Housing, July 15th - August 15th and December 15th - January 15th for each semester. You can pay online via Joist, or by contacting us directly per the lease. Just be sure to pay on time to avoid any late fees! For Single Family, rent is due on the 1st -5th of each month. 


While we don’t have a full-time maintenance team on-site, we have a reliable crew ready to handle any repairs. Just submit a request through our online portal or send us a message and we’ll get things fixed as quickly as possible!


We like to keep things simple! Before move-in, you'll receive detailed instructions, including check-in dates and key or door code information. We also have a handy move-in checklist on our website. When it’s time to move out, just return your keys (if applicable), ensure the unit is in the same condition (or better) as when you moved in, and complete a final inspection.


Yes! To make sure everyone has a great experience, we have some community guidelines, including quiet hours, guest policies, and common area rules. You’ll get the full rundown when you move in.


We don’t officially offer roommate matching, but sometimes we have students looking for roommates around the same time, and it just works out! In our experience, it’s always best when you choose your own roommate, or contact the college for support.
